In Memoriam
Make a donation of any amount to LMJ’s Lost Souls in memoriam to a loved one. We will send a hand made local artist card that will commemorate the donation and your condolences to the family of the deceased.
This beautiful piece of art card can be framed and displayed or just saved as a momentum of their loved one who passed from dementia related disease.
All donations for our condolence cards go directly to serve local memory care facilities and loved ones living with alzheimer’s and dementia.
